COOKING UP A DREAM!

Miss Margaret's dream was to get cookin again!

Her wish was about to become a reality as Second Wind Dreams was making it happen. Miss Margaret was whisked away with a friend in tow to the Georgia World Convention Center in downtown Atlanta. Margaret was greeted and escorted into one of the largest kitchens in the US. Like a kid in a candy shop! She was then greeted by Chef Matt Roach of Levy and Tracy Thrasher as they showed her to her station. Now, Margaret is Chef Roach's sous-chef for the day. She was about to make her her favorite dish, Paella. After she finished stirring the pot, as she said she often did, she sat patiently waiting for her Paella to be placed in front of her. She eat as much as she could, then she politely asked for a to-go-box. Chef Roach obliged but only after telling her he had another surprise for her, dessert! Her favorite, banana pudding! She was able to finish off her pudding but only because she didn't eat all of her Paella...smart woman!
