Growing up cooking with great grandma and then grandma Chef Roach gained a love for cooking but it did not become his career at the beginning.  It was a close friend that knew he would not be happy unless he was in a kitchen.  

She convinced him he should enroll in culinary school and that his schooling in Bio-Chemistry can still be put to work as a Chef.  He took that advice and never looked back.

Executive Chef Matt Roach pairs fresh local ingredients with seasonal specialties from around the world to create elevated cuisine at the Georgia World Congress Center. Southern heritage comes alive through traditional regional recipes prepared with a modern twist.  Chef Roach has catered to movie stars, presidents and many other dignitaries.  He is a world record holder for hosting the largest plated served meal for 21,977 guest this past July.
